30th European Annual Conference on Human Decision-Making and Manual Control (EAM 2012)

Idea

The conference continued the tradition established in 1981 in bringing together young researchers from different disciplines of the human-machine system field in an informal way. The conference aimed at providing a forum for extensive discussions of new and on-going work among the participants. Consequently, the conference was focussed on technical papers and planned ample time for presentation and discussion. We were able to preserve the atmosphere of informal conference among friends working towards the same goal ‒ a better adaptation of technical systems to the human! Prof. G. Johannsen

Aim & Scope

The 30th EAM conference is designed to provide a forum for extensive discussions of new and on-going work among researchers working on the design, analysis, evaluation, diagnosis, and control of complex dynamic systems involving human operators and factors.
