Transport Research Arena (TRA2012), Athens, Greece

Athens is the host city for TRA 2012, which will be held from 23rd to 26th April 2012. TRA is the European forum for excellence where innovation, research and development in the transport and road construction sectors are presented to experts and interested stakeholders from all areas of transport and transport-related activities.

The TRA 2012 is going to extend the former scope of the conference to all modes of surface transport: road, rail and waterborne. It is a renewed TRA, covering all transport modes but also urban transport planning and mobility as well as co-modality.

The target audience consists of authorities, consultancy and study bureaus, interest groups, contractors, suppliers, car manufacturers, energy providers and oil industry. It is the ideal opportunity for all actors to meet one another and to exchange findings, novelties and challenges under the flag "greener, smarterand safer�.
